All of us saw the news about Accenture layoff’s where employees are terminated or asked to resign. And the reason stated was Fake Documents. We all know that Accenture is an MNC and has lakhs of Employees globally. The Employees are hired only after due diligence. The background verification is done before an Employee joins the firm. Terminating the Employees after working for months and years in the firm is unethical. Now they are just using Fake documents as an excuse to terminate employees.
