HCL should return the illegally recovered bonus from employees

For the past few years, HCL has been illegally recovering bonuses from employees. This is in complete contravention to the Payments of Bonus Act, 1965. If employees refuse to pay their hard-earned money to HCL, the company had resorted to illegal tactics such as withholding their experience letter, relieving letter, and other documents and benefits. The company is bound to provide these by statute and can not deny an employee that is rightfully theirs.

ForIT demands that HCL immediately return the hard-earned money of the employees, which was recovered under the aforementioned illegal policy. ForIT calls upon the employees who have been affected by this unfortunate incident to reach out to us. The government must also intervene immediately and ensure that the IT employees get their money back.
